massage
I am a Swedish, Sports and Advanced Remedial Massage therapist. I am based in Portobello, Edinburgh and am currently offering a home visit/mobile massage service within half an hour journey of my home. Where possible, I endeavor to use a cargo bike to reach clients to limit my car use within the city.
Initial appointment £60*, lasting around 60 minutes, then £50 for subsequent appointments, lasting 45-50 minutes.
Addresses more than 1/2 hr from my home base may incur a £10 surcharge.

outdoor adventures and and group yoga
For the last 4 years I have worked closely with Wild Roots Guiding, helping to provide wild yoga journeys in the Cairngorms and West Highlands as well as a yoga retreat at Loch Ossian. I qualified as a mountain leader in October 2023, so there’s much more to come on this!
I also collaborate with the wonderful women of The Adventure Syndicate, occasionally providing yoga classes (and remedial massage services) for their get togethers. The next on is on 6th December in Ballater.
*Skills swap or partial skills swap: massage therapy is expensive and not currently available on the NHS. I’m working on various ways to make it more accessible and affordable. To begin with I’d like to offer a limited number of massage slots per month to those interested swapping or partially swapping massage for a skill they may have e.g cleaning, joinery, carpentry, art work, photography, gig tickets, music, please get in touch via the contact form if interested.
